Throughout these Terms, references to "we", "us" and "our" mean Squared Mesh Ltd.

References to "you" and "your" mean the customer, user or visitor to our website.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website.

2. Our Services

Squared Mesh Ltd provides:

• Original artwork and prints created by Squared Mesh Ltd
• Personalised printed products
• AI-assisted artwork generation services
• Artwork generated from customer-uploaded images, audio files, text and other media
• Print-on-demand products
• Bespoke commissions and custom artwork

We reserve the right to refuse any order, artwork request or uploaded content at our sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You have the permission of a parent or legal guardian
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract

4. Customer Uploaded Content

Where you upload photographs, audio files, artwork, text or any other material, you confirm that:

• You own the content; or
• You have obtained all necessary licences, permissions and rights to use the content

You remain the owner of your uploaded content.

By uploading content, you grant Squared Mesh Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence solely for the purpose of:

• Processing your order
• Generating artwork
• Producing products
• Providing customer support
• Resolving disputes relating to your order

This licence ends when the content is deleted in accordance with our retention policies.

5. Customer Warranty and Indemnity

You warrant that any content uploaded to our platform:

• Does not infringe copyright
• Does not infringe trade mark rights
• Does not infringe privacy rights
• Does not infringe image rights
• Does not violate any law

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squared Mesh Ltd, its directors, employees and contractors against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or legal expenses arising from:

• Your uploaded content
• Your misuse of our services
• Your breach of these Terms

6. AI-Generated Artwork

Some artwork may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence technologies.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may vary from expectations
• Results may not be unique
• Similar outputs may be generated for other users
• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies
• Squared Mesh Ltd cannot guarantee originality or exclusivity unless expressly agreed in writing

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork before purchase.

7. AI Training

Customer-uploaded content will not be used to train proprietary artificial intelligence models without explicit customer consent.

8. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, generate, request or submit content that:

Illegal Content

• Violates UK law
• Promotes criminal activity
• Facilitates fraud
• Infringes intellectual property rights

Adult Content

• Pornographic material
• Explicit sexual imagery
• Content intended for sexual gratification
• Sexually exploitative material

Harmful or Offensive Content

• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Bullying
• Threats of violence
• Discriminatory material

Child Safety

• Any material involving the abuse, exploitation or endangerment of minors

Restricted Content

• Terrorist content
• Extremist propaganda
• Promotion of illegal drugs
• Instructions for criminal activity
• Defamatory material
• Impersonation of another individual

We reserve the right to reject, cancel or remove any content or order that breaches these Terms.

9. Copyrighted and Third-Party Material

Customers must not upload content that they do not have the legal right to use.

Examples include:

• Celebrity photographs
• Film and television stills
• Album artwork
• Sports team logos
• Corporate logos
• Copyrighted illustrations
• Professional photographs
• Branded content owned by third parties

The submission of such content may result in cancellation of an order without notice.

10. Content Moderation

To comply with applicable UK legislation, including the Online Safety Act 2023, Squared Mesh Ltd reserves the right to:

• Review uploaded content
• Reject uploaded content
• Suspend orders
• Remove content
• Refuse future access to our services

where we reasonably believe content breaches these Terms or creates legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our website, branding, logos, artwork, product designs and content remain the property of Squared Mesh Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not:

• Copy our artwork
• Reproduce our designs
• Sell our artwork
• Use our intellectual property commercially without written permission

12. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content available through our services infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with:

• Details of the work concerned
• Evidence of ownership
• Details of the alleged infringement
• Your contact information

We may temporarily remove content while investigating any complaint.

13. Orders and Production

Customers are responsible for checking:

• Spelling
• Dates
• Personalisation details
• Uploaded images
• Artwork previews
• Product selections

Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible.

14. Product Variations

Minor variations may occur between on-screen previews and final products due to:

• Printing processes
• Paper characteristics
• Display settings
• Monitor calibration
• AI-generated artwork interpretation

Such variations do not constitute faults.

15. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.

Price changes will not affect completed orders.

16. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Couriers
• Customs authorities
• Weather conditions
• Postal disruptions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership transfers once payment has been received in full.

17. Cancellations and Refunds

Under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalised.

As the majority of products sold by Squared Mesh Ltd are personalised or produced to order:

• Orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has started.
• Refunds are generally unavailable for personalised products unless they are faulty.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

18. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the issue before offering a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law

Subject to the above, our total liability arising from any order or use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

We shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of opportunity to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights available to consumers under:

22. Personal Data Uploaded by Customers

Customers must not upload personal information relating to another individual unless they have a lawful basis to do so.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws in relation to uploaded content.

23. Data Retention

Customer-uploaded files and order information may be retained for up to 24 months following completion of an order for customer support, reprints, quality control, legal compliance and dispute resolution.

Files may be deleted earlier at our discretion unless retention is required by law.

24. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted through our website.

However, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

25. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, industrial disputes, internet outages, government action, epidemics, pandemics and transport disruption.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

27. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
