At Squared Mesh, every piece is individually produced to order in the United Kingdom. Once your order is placed, your artwork is created specifically for you before being carefully packaged and dispatched.
Order Processing
All orders are processed once payment has been received in full.
As our products are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed.
Typical production times are:
- Standard collection prints: 2–5 working days
- Personalised prints: 3–7 working days
- Bespoke commissions: Timescales will be agreed individually
Production times may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Father's Day and other seasonal events.
Shipping From The United Kingdom
All orders are produced and dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
Delivery options and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
United Kingdom Delivery
Estimated delivery times following dispatch are:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries.
Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing and local postal services.
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable:
- Import duties
- Customs charges
- Local taxes
- Clearance fees
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included within the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Delays
Whilst we work hard to ensure orders arrive promptly, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather conditions
- Industrial action
- Public holidays
- Events outside our reasonable control
Delivery dates provided are estimates only.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Product size
- Order weight
- Delivery method selected
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate.
If incorrect address details are supplied and an order has already entered production or been dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery details.
Where an order must be re-shipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of any damaged packaging
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A store credit
- An alternative resolution
Any refund will be considered in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer legislation.
Risk & Ownership
Ownership of products remains with Squared Mesh until full payment has been received.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
